180 Degrees by Matthias Diether is the first restaurant in Estonia and the Baltics to receive 2 Michelin Stars. Our Restaurant is exclusively open for evening service from Wednesday until Saturday. 

We offer degustation menu experience to guests in our dining room with an open kitchen that represent the heart of our concept, where all the magic happens trough the evening. 

Chef Matthias cuisine is based on creative and innovative flavors with the best products available regarding the seasons. In our Restaurant you will be working with the most exclusive ingredients coming from all over the world.
