Le Pristine Restaurant & Café

Le Pristine (à la carte restaurant) and Le Pristine Café (walk-in bar) is in the fashion center of Antwerp. The business combines the best of the Zeeland terroir with the class and flair of Italy. Internationally inspired but with a focus on local products.

The name Le Pristine comes from the English word 'Pristine' and means pure and authentic. Two key words that Sergio Herman holds dear in every project. It is an English word but at the same time it feels very French. With this reference, the link is made to the gastronomic brasserie culture and the international character is underlined at the same time.

The pillars of Sergio's organisation, food, fashion, design, art and music are strongly represented here.  With Le Pristine we want to give our guests a holistic experience with an eye for detail and with quality as the common thread. The concept and the routing of the restaurant, art and all design objects were carefully curated by Sergio in collaboration with his creative studio SH19.  

With the combination of food, fashion, design, art and music, we hope to make Le Pristine an unseen contemporary concept in Antwerp.
