Look no further, come and join our team to work at an amazing leisure place near Oslo, close enough to the city centre to enjoy the urban vibes in your free time, and yet still settled within nature and close to waters. We are recruiting for annual positions but are also happy to have you a season with us if this is what you prefer.  

THE WELL is unique in its design and concept and the largest spa & wellness facility in the entire Nordics. Spread over 10.000 m2 and three floors, The Well features many different water features, pools, jacuzzis, steam bathes, saunas and treatment activities.

THE WELL has various F & B outlets, the largest being Brasseriet, with a seating capacity for 250 guests. The Brasseriet offers breakfast service for up to 200 hotel guests, and lunch & dinner service for both, hotel and day spa guests. Additionally one finds a fine dining restaurant Mori at the top floor as well as a Spa lounge bar and a cocktail bar at the hotel.
