Hay's New Zealand

We are a 50 seater restaurant and serve 40 - 75 covers per night. Our main market is international tourists as we are well-known for our lamb which has been raised on my family farm.The style of food is more bistro than haute cuisine with an emphasis on NZ ingredients. We have an American Wine Spectator Magazine award for our wine list. We are regarded as one of a handful of leading Christchurch restaurants. We also run a culinary school, the New Zealand School of Food and Wine upstairs, above the restaurant.
